Rebecca FoersterRebecca Foerster has an extensive background in marketing and branding across a number of industries. Prior to joining Rio Tinto’s diamonds business, Rebecca worked for nine years as Vice President of Marketing for Frederick Goldman, where she launched major brands such as Keepsake and Lyric. Prior to this Rebecca held key marketing positions in the US cosmetic industry working with brands such as Elizabeth Arden and Revlon.

As a key member of Rio Tinto’s diamonds sales and marketing team Rebecca supports Rio Tinto’s Select Diamantaires particularly with regard to their downstream activities in the US market. Rebecca is also Rio Tinto’s first point of contact for the US diamond and jewelry trade, including retailers and industry bodies. Rebecca is the Executive Vice President of the Natural Color Diamond Association (NCDIA) and serves on the board of the Metro Chapter of WJA, the Jeweler’s Vigilance Committee (JVC), and Diamond Empowerment Fund (DEF).
