At KARP Corporate Social Responsibility is derived from the personal experiences of the Founder/Promoter family and often exceeds what would be expected of just a good corporate citizen. We have over 5000 workers and we take them very seriously. It is for reasons like this that we are the employers of choice and over 15% of our workers are third generation employees.
