Cathy Calhoun

Cathy Calhoun is the owner of Calhoun Jewelers, the largest retail jeweler in the Royersford Pennsylvania area, and the 2008 winner of the Pennsylvania Jeweler of the Year Award given by the Pennsylvania Jewelers Association.

In the past Ms. Calhoun has also held positions such as the President of the Gemological Institute of America Alumni Association, the Delaware Valley Guild, and the American Gem Society Keystone Guild.

Ms. Calhoun serves as a member of the Board of Directors for a number of organizations. She is part of the Governing Board for the Diamond Empowerment Fund as well as Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, Jewelers for Children, DeBeers, and the Women’s Jewelry Association. Most recently Cathy was named the President of the Board of Directors for The American Gem Society for the 2011-2012 year.
